Experience

The experience begins in the ancient barrique cellar dating back to 1700, where prestigious red wines mature in French oak barrels. Ideal place to let yourself be transported into the reality of Villa Sandi through an emotional video. We walk along centuries-old underground tunnels where the classic method rests, until we reach a magical place: the wonderful Palladian-style Villa. Tasting & guided tour include: ancient barrel cellar from the 1700s, emotional video, underground galleries where the classic method rests, Palladian-style villa. Tasting of 3 wines: Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut, Cartizze La Rivetta Brut, Opere Metodo Classico Brut, accompanied by artisan breadsticks and “pan da vin”. Duration: 1 hour and a half. Dinner at the inn: a succession of simple and refined dishes made with the freshest seasonal ingredients. A la carte menu of your choice includes appetizer, first course, second course, side dishes, dessert, coffee, wine and water.

Locanda Sandi welcomes you in an atmosphere of ancient past. Each room, there are only 6 rooms each one with a name that identifies it, is furnished in a different way with refined simplicity. The Locanda stands on a pre-existing rustic and re-proposes the spaces and furnishings of the early 1900s Venetian farmhouses. You can breathe the atmosphere of passed times embellished with materials coming from ancient buildings. Each room tells its own story and speaks of hospitality, good taste and simplicity.
