Experience

First day:  (Venice, the city and the bacari)

Arrival and accommodation in the hotel, located a few meters from Venice Santa Lucia railway station and meeting with our guide to participate in the walking tour of Venice. The itinerary includes: start of the tour at 5.15 pm Piazzale Roma / Ferrovia. Continue with: Lista di Spagna - Ponte delle Guglie - Jewish Ghetto - Strada Nuova - Santa Sofia gondola ferry - Rialto - San Marco end of tour.

We will visit the most characteristic places of Venice accompanied by our local guides. An hour and a half full immersion in history, curiosities and traditions that will leave you breathless! Enjoy the walk through the most fascinating fields, markets and the most trampled streets of the world and spend unforgettable moments, with us, taking photos and sharing them on your social networks! Get transported by a gondola ferry from Strada Nuova to the historic center of the island in less than 2 minutes. You will be able to admire Rialto bridge and its wonderful market. The tour starts every day from Piazzale Roma / Ferrovia and ends under the Clock Tower, in Piazza San Marco. Our assistants will accompany you to taste the famous Venetian spritz to try the typical bacaro tour, strongly rooted in Venetian culture. At the end of the tour, return to the train station aboard a motorboat (6:45 pm) sailing along the Giudecca Canal. You will admire the incredible views of the Giudecca island and the Fondamenta delle Zattere.

Second day: Saturday  (Venice by bike)

American breakfast at hotel. 10:00 am meeting with our guide at Cornoldi (Riva degli Schiavoni) and transfer by motorboat to the island of Sant’Erasmo. While browsing we will be able to admire some of the most evocative points of Venice: the Napoleonic gardens, San Lazzaro degli Armeni, the Arsenale. Once in Sant’Erasmo, an unforgettable experience awaits you! Sant’Erasmo, the largest island in the lagoon, has been, since the times of Serenissima republic, one of the city's vegetable gardens and a favorite destination for walks by Venetian nobility. Today it is known, above all, for the production of "Castraure" (Venetian violet artichokes). Once you have disembarked and collected your bike, a circuit awaits you, suitable for everyone, made up of monuments, sunny streets, waterways, wild flora and fauna. There will be a stop to taste a risotto and sea bream with Sant’Erasmo vegetables. Drinks are included. Possibility of shopping for agricultural products.

Third day: Sunday  (the islands of the lagoon)

American breakfast at hotel. We have reached the end of our experience but, if you want to complete to discover Venice, do not forget that you can spend the voucher received for a 6-hour tour of the islands. Leave your luggage at the hotel and go to the boarding point. Tour guide (Spanish, English, French, German, Italian) Wheelchair accessible. Electronic and printed vouchers are accepted. Full description. Depart from Piazzale Roma train station and travel to Murano, famous for its blowed glasses production. Dating back to the Middle Ages, the still thriving tradition has been handed down from generation to generation and each glassblower has developed his own personal style. Watch a glass blowing demonstration and learn to recognize the difference between the various artisans and brands during the hour stay on the island. Then, continue to Burano, famous for its laces work and brightly colored houses. Admire the postcard views of Burano's most famous sights, such as the leaning bell tower and Piazza Baldassare Galuppi, named after one of the greatest Venetian composers of the 18th century. Enter some lace shops during this 1 hour and 15 minute visit to the island. Conclude your tour in St. Mark's Square and admire monuments such as the Doge's Palace and the bell tower as you stroll among colonnades.
