I was on board the Heron today and it was a special experience, Irene the guide, super professional and kind, especially with the children on board. The tour of the islands magnificent. I recommend this experience to anyone who wants to enjoy a quiet day but full of emotions for the beautiful landscapes. Thank you Vidali Group.

On Saturday, September 17, we took advantage of the boat tour of the 3 islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello. The tour guide Camilla, a young girl who is very knowledgeable as well as very accommodating and welcoming in her manner, speaks 4 languages fluently. The two young boys driving the "ferry" were also very prepared. Despite the rough sea, never anyone got sick and the dockings were always very gentle. VOTE 4.8 (with stars you can't). Only criticism, but they say it when you cover the ticket so it is not their fault, time is short to visit and enjoy them a bit. So better to go around the individual islands or Murano and Burano so you have more time. Half a day is enough.

I did the Murano burano and torcello tour today to take my girlfriend to see these islands but I was a little bit skeptical as I had used other companies being very disappointed. I chose Vidali almost by chance by searching the Internet and I did not regret it.Kudos to the organization and professionalism of all the staff!!! Absolutely number 1!
