At 9:45 a.m., our escorts will greet you at the meeting point in front of Palazzo Caserma Cornoldi, along the picturesque Riva degli Schiavoni, with a splendid view of St. Mark's Basin.
From here we will start our walk to St. Mark's Square, the heart of the city, where you can admire some of its most iconic monuments: St. Mark's Basilica, the Bell Tower, and the sumptuous Doge's Palace.
The tour then continues to Rialto, the ancient commercial center of the city. You'll discover the famous Rialto Bridge, the first built across the Grand Canal, and visit the bustling Rialto Market, still the focal point of daily Venetian life.
In this area, you will also have the chance to enjoy a typical experience: crossing the Grand Canal aboard the Traghetto Gondola, the traditional Venetian public service used by both residents and tourists to move from one bank to the other.
After the stop at Rialto, we will move to one of the most significant places in Venice: the Jewish Ghetto, the first ghetto established in Europe. A place rich in memory and culture, bearing witness to centuries of history and guarding the events of the Jewish community, even during World War II.
The experience will end around 11:45 a.m. near the Santa Lucia Railway Station, a modern connection point between the mainland and the historic center.
Included in your ticket, you can choose to return by boat to the starting point, with a pleasant ride along the Giudecca Canal to the piers of Palazzo Caserma Cornoldi.
ℹ️ Important Note: The service of the Ferry Gondola has a additional cost of €2 per person, to be paid directly to the gondolier.
